Getting stuff out there

Well I'm making the first steps toward putting my short stories out there on a more accessible platform. I know this blog is insanely popular and all, but maybe if I can put the stories out there I can draw more attention here. Here's hoping.

While that application goes through, I'm going to need to start building up some back material. I've got three stories that I can release as a serial, but I need to make sure there's stuff for when the well runs dry. So, since I'm in the mood to do things, I guess I'll just jump into a new story.

Since anything I do with The Paladin will be a time sink and be quite long, I'm going to be poring through short story and flash fiction contests. It'll be good to write something that isn't directly related to my novel. Something to stretch my writing muscles and, hopefully, get my name out there a bit more.
